The search is over; Princess Charlotte’s dress has been identified.
Hello! Online has managed to track the pretty floral dress back to Spanish brand m&h, which specialises in baby and children’s clothing.
It is thought the £21 dress was purchased by Prince George and Princess Charlotte’s Spanish nanny Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo in the city of Valladolid, northwestern Spain.
The brand was founded by Margarita Pato Cid and now boasts five stores across Spain.
Each piece she designs is made by hand using fabrics from Spain, and only a few are made of each, meaning Charlotte’s dress is almost unique. She does not currently sell her designs online.
"A lot of people ask why I don't open a store in London," she commented. "A lot of my stock is bought for children in London."
Speaking further to People, Cid said: "We are really honored that the lovely Princess Charlotte is wearing one of our dresses for these official photos. She looks absolutely adorable."
She added that the dress is not currently available but they can get hold of enough material to make about 15 more - but those have already been pre-ordered.
